Sharing the rich heritage and flavors of my homeland

I'm Manuel Mattioli, a twenty-three year old Italian passionate about bringing authentic products and flavors of Italy to America.

After living for a year in the United States, once returned to Italy with a deepened appreciation of my roots, I started to working at Le Vigne, an historical Villa owned by Americans, Roger and Joan. I was working primarily in the olive groves learning from the ground up about growing, pruning, harvesting and pressing the wonderful Umbrian olive varieties.
